This was great. Made it last night. Kudos!

I also made a dessert plate with mandarins, and dark chocolate squares to pair with a Cab I was drinking. Awesome stuff.

If you want the steel cut oats to cook faster, put them in a pot of water the night before. When you wake up, all you have to do is boil the water and your set.

I just made this today...it was great. Another fabulous recipe!

I didn't use any eggs and used a soy-based butter.

It came out really good!

A major study called "Food, Fuel, and Freeways" recently put out by the Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture in Iowa found out after compiling data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture that your food travels an average of 1,500 miles before it gets to your local big box store if it is not sourced from local farmers. All the more reason to buy local!
